Introduction : 

We all know that the importance of communication skill is increasing day by day from group discussion to interview everyone wants good communication skill but the real challenge is they want good communication in English language .

It is very important for students of today's world that there curriculum should teach them good English as well as the other things which are required to take jobs like - communication skill , leadership skill and others .

In this report we are going to discuss this things that is your English curriculum is equipping you for trending jobs and we will consider both the things for and against .

Why English is important ? 

We all know that English is very important. On today's era . Every company wants a person who is very good in English and also good command in English . 

Here are so many graphical representation which are showing that English is very important .

Arguments in side of yes that our curriculum is preparing us or the trending jobs .

1) First of all our English curriculum is teaching us one very important language that is English that will help us to take jobs in that sector where English is needed and we all know that today every sector want English .

2) The second thing is that our English curriculum is teaching us writing skill which will help us in taking jobs in content writing section which is very important in today's era .

3) The third argument is that our English curriculum is making us ready for the working - Environment which will help is in life in working in corporates .

4) The Forth argument is that our English curriculum is giving us an opportunity to interact with different people which is giving us exposure and which will help us to crack interview.

5) Last but not the least that is our English curriculum is teaching us a skill that is independent learning which will help us to improve . 

Arguments in side of no that our English curriculum is not equipping us for the trending jobs .

1) The first argument is that our English curriculum is teaching on the base of old classroom based therotical approach which will not make us ready for the requirement of corporates.

2) The second argument is that our English curriculum is not teaching us how to use technology in very easy manner which will not help us to bring familiar with technology.

3) The third argument is that our English curriculum is not giving us any case studies or projects to work upon .This thing will not help when corporates give us projects to work on .

4) The fourth argument is that our English curriculum is not giving us exposure of Corporates which will not.help us in being so much familiar with corporate world.

5) The last thing is that our English curriculum is not making us an individual who can do 3-4 works alone .

What can be possible solution : 

The possible solution can be to make required changes in the curriculum and make it practical so that a person after doing it he or she can able to take job which demand some certain skills .

We can also work on some skills that is communication ,leadership , Presenting skill , personality development in curriculum which will help in interview .

Conclusion 

The conclusion is that English is most important and popular language in world and everyone wants to learn the language and also every company want to person having good command in English with some skills so everyone need to be good in skills . 

We have to think that we should make our curriculum very intersting and add some skills in curriculum so that people can use their learning to earning .
